Through the implementation of the Project “Steps to Success” 2021-2-BG01-KA152-YOU-000040866, implemented by the Association “YOUTH INSTITUTE FOR DEVELOPMENT” – Bulgaria, “Center for Creative Development – Knjazevac” –S erbia and “ALTER EGO NGO” – Greece will be able to counteract the existing problems and provide the necessary support to young people with speech and / or hearing impairments to be successful in their chosen profession. We believe that people with sensory impairments can be fully integrated into society with with the help of modern information and communication technologies.

Through the implementation of the planned activities, on the one hand we will work to change the attitudes of young people with disabilities – to be encouraged and inspired to choose social inclusion over social assistance; to assert their right to equal access to information, communication and social services; to insist on better opportunities for work and life, and on the other hand – to change the attitudes of all others who must learn to accept people with disabilities as equal members of society.
