Project “Steps to Success” 2021-2-BG01-KA152-YOU-000040866, implemented by the Association “YOUTH INSTITUTE FOR DEVELOPMENT” – Bulgaria, “Center for Creative Development – Knjazevac” – Serbia and “ALTER EGO NGO” – Greece, organizes a youth exchange on the territory in the town of Samokov, where 11 participants from each organization will take part in the activities, as well as one person providing assistance to young people with sensory impairments, who decided to join the project.

“Steps to success – how to be competitive in the labor market” will be held in March 2022, and in each group there will be equality, as well as the number of participants in order to ensure equality of participating organizations and young people. Highly motivated young people for participation, who filled in the questionnaire and corresponded to the profile of the target group, namely young people in need of new knowledge, skills and competencies related to increasing their adaptability and competitiveness to enter the labor market; their need to increase confidence in their own capacity to develop their potential and the need to stimulate their entrepreneurial spirit will take part in the envisaged mobility.
