THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT is to establish, transfer and implement innovative practices in the field of youth employment by creating a partnership between the Youth Institute for Development and Asociatia Zold Nap by building a virtual youth career center with access to an innovative web-based platform. career guidance with adapted artificial intelligence for easier finding of suitable job positions according to the individual requirements of young people.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
• Implementation of partnership cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, good practices and models for ensuring sustainable youth employment
• Building partnerships with a focus on employment in the two participating countries and to identify and implement priorities and actions to find solutions to common problems
• Raising public awareness through dissemination and transfer of innovative results, a consequence of the applied practice
EXPECTED RESULTS: identification, transfer and implementation of good practice, through the exchange of experience between partner organizations, which will lead to optimisation of the process of career guidance and counseling of young people and provide an opportunity to find the most suitable jobs for each individual youth.
